Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies in Indianapolis seeks an experienced AV Engineer to activate a large-scale facility and provide ongoing enterprise AV support. The role focuses on system readiness, installation validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, digital signage, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will support Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration tools, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and collaborate with end users, vendors, and project teams in healthcare or corporate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise AV support in healthcare, corporate, or similar environments.
• Troubleshooting conferences rooms, video conferencing, displays and signage.
• Experience with Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Incident management in a ticketing system (pref. ServiceNow).
• Ability to perform AV testing, validation, and commissioning.
• Ability to read floor plans, AV drawings, and installation docs.
• Knowledge of AV infrastructure including control, audio, displays, and networked devices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AV system readiness and perform installation validation.
• Commissioning, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational support.
• Manage digital signage and conference room AV systems.
• Coordinate with end users, vendors, and project teams on site.
