Job summary

Fort seeks a Senior Audiovisual Support Engineer to own design, implementation, and support of complex AV systems for enterprise environments. You will lead integrations, mentor technicians, and manage escalations across large projects.

You will collaborate with IT and network teams, optimize AV performance, and stay ahead of trends like AV-over-IP and cloud-based management, ensuring seamless stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven senior AV engineering experience required.
• CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D or CCNA-equivalent certs preferred.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure comprehensive AV systems for various environments.
• Troubleshoot and support events, meetings, and daily operations.
• Lead installations, upgrades, and retrofits of AV equipment.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and serve as escalation point.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure full integration.
