Job summary
American Water in Camden, NJ seeks an experienced Audio Video Engineer to deploy and support large enterprise collaboration environments. You will design, implement, and operate Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, Crestron, and related AV platforms, coordinating with networking, security, and field teams to ensure a reliable end-user experience.

Qualifications
- BS in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT).
- Experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise Audio Video and collaboration room technologies.
- Strong knowledge of AV networking (VLANs, QoS, IP-based systems) and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the lifecycle management of AV and video conferencing systems across the organization.
- Design, implement, test, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, Crestron, and related platforms.
- Create documentation, runbooks, and standards for enterprise AV environments.
- Coordinate with networking, security, field support, vendors, and stakeholders.
