Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a Video Services Installation Technician to support enterprise AV and unified communications systems. Travel across the continental United States may be required, with duties including deploying, troubleshooting, and sustaining AV infrastructure for conference rooms and classrooms.

The role emphasizes on-site installation, real-time event support, and coordination with government personnel, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of collaboration

Qualifications

Experience operating and troubleshooting large-scale AV environments with professional-grade equipment.
3–5 years installing, integrating, and supporting AV/UC systems in enterprise environments.
Experience deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage enterprise AV systems for live events and conferences.
Install, configure, and test AV and collaboration systems at customer sites.
Deploy and configure control interfaces (Extron or equivalent).
Handle cabling, racks, and labeling for AV infrastructure.
Support Teams Rooms and related conferencing technologies.
