Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an IS Engineer - Intermediary for Productivity Management A/V in Indianapolis. The role supports enterprise A/V and collaboration environments, bridging senior engineers and frontline teams to ensure stability and incident resolution.

You will handle design/build/test activities, contribute to standardization, and assist with deployments across conference rooms, clinical spaces, and Teams-enabled spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with hypervisors and scripting required.
• Vendor coordination for moderate solutions.
• Cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise A/V environments (conference rooms, auditoriums, clinical spaces, streaming).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Teams Rooms, cameras, mics, displays, and room peripherals.
• Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and validation of A/V solutions per standards.
