Job summary

Trustmark National Bank is seeking an Audio Visual Supervisor to lead enterprise AV and collaboration services. You will establish standards, guide architecture, and manage lifecycle of conference rooms, video conferencing, and hybrid collaboration solutions across the enterprise.

You will mentor AV teams, coordinate with IT, facilities, security and business leaders, and drive roadmaps, governance, and vendor relationships to deliver secure, reliable communication capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years in AV tech, unified communications, or related infra.
• Advanced experience designing and supporting enterprise AV environments.
• Extensive experience with Teams Rooms, conferencing, and signage.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AV standards, governance, and processes.
• Lead and develop AV team for efficiency and succession planning.
• Serve as lead escalation point for AV infrastructure and room systems.
• Plan, design, and lifecycle manage enterprise AV solutions.
• Develop roadmaps aligning collaboration with security and operations.
• Direct major AV modernization and boardroom deployment initiatives.
• Establish service metrics and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage vendor and service relationships for quality and cost control.
• Advise on budgeting, procurement, and capital investments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, facilities, and business leaders.
• Provide executive-level support for board meetings and enterprise events.
