Job summary

TBC seeks a Senior Audio Visual (AV) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise‑grade AV and conferencing systems across global offices. The role requires deep expertise in Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and AV‑over‑IP technologies.

You will collaborate with Product/Platform Owner, Business Partners and Cross Functional Teams to deliver stories, evaluate new AV standards, and drive global standardization in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Teams, Crestron, and AV‑over‑IP.
• Strong understanding of AV networking, signal flow, and IT integration.
• Experience with global AV deployments and standardization; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise AV and conferencing systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Partners and Cross Functional Teams to deliver timely stories.
• Configure package software or perform other highly technical tasks for the agile team.
• Lead Subject Matter Expert around product functions and refine requirements with Product Owner and Business Partners.
