Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
• 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects
• Strong design skills with data, integration, and security
• Strong presentation and communication to varied audiences, including C-level
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes via technology
• Agile methodology fluency with collaborative leadership
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field
• Salesforce Certified Architect credentials or active progress toward it
• Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Agentforce)
• Experience leading a technical team or workstream, with mentoring
• Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders
• Experience in Consumer Goods Cloud, Retail Execution/Trade Promotion Management, or Consumer Goods industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders at enterprise clients
• Architect multi-cloud technology solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains
• Guide and lead cross-functional teams of architects and developers; for Director-level, direct people management of technical teams
• Facilitate executive workshops, drive program governance, and manage partner/customer negotiations
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas, seeing issues through to resolution
• Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions maintainable
• Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and adopting emerging technologies that drive business value
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community's knowledge base and thought leadership
