Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Professional Services architect to partner with enterprise clients and lead strategic roadmaps. You will serve as a trusted adviser to C‑level stakeholders, architect multi‑cloud solutions, and guide cross‑functional teams of architects and developers to deliver value quickly and maintainably.

You will drive program governance, manage risk, and promote adoption of emerging technologies to expand customer value. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience (10+ years for Director level).
• 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects (Director level: 2–5 years of direct people management).
• Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture expertise.
• Strong presentation and communication skills – able to present to C-level audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Agile methodology fluency and a collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce platform expert to C-level stakeholders at high-profile enterprise clients.
• Architect multi-cloud technology solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains.
• Guide and lead cross-functional teams of architects and developers; Director level may direct people management.
• Facilitate executive workshops, drive program governance, and manage partner/customer negotiations.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas, driving issues to resolution.
• Review and correct project direction, ensuring maintainable solutions.
• Guide adoption of emerging technologies to deliver business value.
• Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and share knowledge.
