Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in solution/enterprise architecture or customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack, Tableau.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise solution architecture strategy for Salesforce's most strategic and complex customer engagements.
• Architect end-to-end Agentic Enterprise solutions leveraging Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the broader Salesforce Platform.
• Design enterprise AI interoperability and scalable architectures across Salesforce and third-party ecosystems.
• Develop thought leadership on enterprise architecture, AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI.
• Create reusable architecture frameworks, reference architectures, best practices, and implementation patterns used across Solution Engineering.
