Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years building Salesforce solutions at scale
- Strong architecture and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Own the architectural foundation for agentic selling across the full marketing-to-sales pipeline
- Drive an incremental transformation by layering agentic tooling into live systems
- Define and track meaningful architectural success metrics
- Design multi-agent orchestration patterns that are coherent and production-grade
- Lead context engineering practices for reliable agent actions
- Define agent lifecycle practices from prototype through production
- Serve as a central architectural partner across Sales Technology, Digital Marketing, and Data Solutions
