Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise solution architecture strategy for Salesforce's most strategic and complex engagements.
• Architect end-to-end Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• Design scalable AI interoperability and governance across Salesforce and partner ecosystems.
• Lead executive architecture workshops and translate complex business challenges into scalable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Partner organizations to ensure architectural integrity.
• Publish reusable architecture assets, frameworks, standards, and governance across Solution Engineering.
