Job summary

enGen seeks a Lead Enterprise Architect to shape technology strategy and create enterprise-wide architecture roadmaps. You will drive AI solution strategies, mentor teams, and partner with architects to align initiatives with business goals.

You’ll help reduce technical debt, rationalize applications, and lead complex architectural programs across the enterprise in a healthcare payer context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• 7 years in an IT discipline.
• 7 years in a Business discipline.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF and AI/API/Integration/Security architecture certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as researching, identifying and marketing enabling technologies.
• Specify and design large or the most complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes.
• Use models to develop complex architectures and translate requirements into detailed designs.
• Lead significant improvement programs and ensure measurable business benefits.
• Lead resolution of architecture and business problems for highly complex projects.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Interact with departments to interpret highly complex requirements.
• Mentor peers and provide ad-hoc training on architectural areas.
