Job summary

enGen seeks an AI Architect to serve as the cornerstone of our AI strategy, defining high-level architecture for scalable, secure AI systems and enterprise integration. You will select tech stacks, design data pipelines, and establish MLOps practices across teams.

With 5+ years in software or data science and 3+ years in architecture, you will mentor engineers, collaborate with Data Science, DevOps, and Product, and translate executive goals into technical blueprints for real‑world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• 7 years in an IT discipline
• 7 years in a Business discipline
• Experience in health insurance domain is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to define business processes and technologies within enterprise architecture.
• Specify and design large or complex systems, networks, and infrastructure; lead design reviews and governance.
• Produce detailed component requirements and translate into implementation designs using selected products.
• Communicate functional and non‑functional requirements across teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor engineers, presenting complex architectural decisions to executives.
