enGen is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions for complex business capabilities. The role focuses on translating requirements, aligning with enterprise reference architectures, and driving strategic architecture across domains in the healthcare payer space.

The candidate will create architectural views (deployment, data, security) and guide projects through the full solution lifecycle, collaborating with Enterprise Architects

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Health Insurance Industry knowledge preferred.
• Extensive experience with solution design and architecture across complex enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Take a lead role to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing more complex business processes, functions and organizational structures, and in researching enabling technologies.
• Take a lead role to specify and design large or complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes; select appropriate design standards and ensure application.
• Use models to contribute to the development of complex architectures; translate component requirements into detailed solutions/designs.
• Establish and communicate functional and non-functional requirements; lead improvement programs and ensure measurable business benefits.
• Lead resolution of architecture and business problems; act as technical or business lead for major initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; manage stakeholder expectations.
