The role partners with Product, Engineering, Platform, Security, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable AI, data, integration, and architecture plans, requiring strong technical judgment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, enterprise/solution/data architecture, cloud architecture, AI enablement, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading architecture, data platform, AI, or modernization initiatives in complex SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Practical experience with AI technologies, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI strategy across Product and Engineering.
• Guide AI use cases to improve patient engagement, workflows, analytics, and productivity.
• Establish AI architecture patterns, standards, and governance.
