Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of scalable solutions, translating complex business needs into architecture using ArchiMate. You will collaborate with business architects and SMEs and ensure non-functional requirements like security, performance, and reliability are embedded in designs.

You will produce architectural views, guide projects through lifecycle, and mentor peers, with a background in healthcare payer domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Health Insurance Industry knowledge preferred.
• Extensive experience with solution design and architecture across complex enterprise systems.
• TOGAF or ArchiMate certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in designing complex enterprise solutions.
• Lead big system design, select standards, review designs and ensure integration.
• Develop detailed architectural models and translate requirements into designs.
• Clarify and communicate functional and non-functional requirements to stakeholders.
• Lead improvement programs and mentor peers on architecture.
