Job summary

CRH seeks a service-focused leader for the Enterprise Applications team, blending hands-on delivery with strategic leadership. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, design and administer platforms, and drive adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a small team of analysts, manage vendor relationships, and guide the end-to-end Agile lifecycle, including sprint planning and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.
• 7+ years of increasingly responsible experience in IT Enterprise Application functional roles.
• 3+ years in a team leadership role.
• Experience with IT Service Management platforms; ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Systems Ownership & Administration: Configure, administer, and optimize software in the business enablement space (Autodesk, Smartsheet, Scribe, ServiceNow, Coupa, etc.).
• Maintain environments, security roles, data integrations, and release management (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Establish and enforce governance standards (naming conventions, solution lifecycle, ALM, documentation).
• Work with business leaders and software vendors on RFPs, new contracts, and contract renewals.
• Business Analysis, Data, and Continuous Improvement: capture requirements, process maps, success metrics, and user stories.
