Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience overseeing enterprise applications and software portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong experience with SAP and ERP platforms in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the enterprise applications roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA performance with major software providers.
• Drive digital transformation and data integration across corporate, retail, and supply chain divisions.
• Lead incident escalation, migrations, and ongoing platform modernization.
