Job summary
CRH Americas Building Products, operating through Oldcastle Infrastructure, seeks a service-focused leader for its Enterprise Applications team in a hybrid role based at our Sandy Springs, GA office.
The Business Application Manager will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, manage vendor relationships, oversee governance, and mentor a small team to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IS/Finance/Accounting or similar.
- 7+ years in IT Enterprise Applications roles.
- 3+ years in a team leadership role.
- CSM/CSPO/PMI-ACP/PMO certs preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow and ERP integrations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the enterprise applications portfolio.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
- Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and UAT for projects.
- Governance, security, data integrations, and release management.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals.
- Develop training materials, runbooks, and release notes.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and mentor a small team.
