Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in software development, enterprise applications, or application management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, software engineering, CS or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in IT or software development management leading teams of five or more.
• Experience with .NET, JavaScript, or related languages.
• Experience managing ERP applications, preferably JD Edwards.
• Experience leading Agile software development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience implementing secure software development practices.
• Experience collaborating with data science teams on analytics/automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software developers, business systems analysts, product owners, and architects.
• Oversee development, integration, and support of custom software, .NET apps, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
• Establish team objectives, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Manage departmental budgets, external resources, and tech investments.
• Promote a customer-focused culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee JD Edwards ERP applications, integrations, and related business apps.
• Guide architecture, modernization, system integration, and tech choices.
• Collaborate with data science on analytics, ML, and operational automation.
• Coordinate Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure secure SDLC and effective testing and documentation.
