Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, software engineering, CS, or related field.
- 7–15 years of software development, enterprise applications, or application management.
- Minimum 3 years of IT or software development management leading teams of five+.
- Software development experience with .NET, JavaScript, or comparable languages.
- Experience managing ERP, preferably JD Edwards.
- Experience leading Agile development (Scrum or Kanban).
- Experience implementing secure software development practices.
- Experience with data science, analytics, automation, and related initiatives.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver value-aligned solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop software developers, analysts, and product owners.
- Oversee development, integration, and support of enterprise applications including JD Edwards.
- Set objectives, performance expectations, and development plans.
- Manage budgets, external resources, and technology investments.
- Collaborate with OT, business and data science teams on analytics and automation.
- Direct Agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban and manage schedules and risks.
- Ensure secure SDLC practices and code reviews across teams.
- Develop roadmaps, architectural guidance, and modernization efforts.
- Establish KPIs/OKRs and dashboards to track value and performance.
