Job summary

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Security certification or experience preferred.
• Kaleidoscope certification or experience preferred.
• Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology, and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within the portfolio/service line.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the software application and its workflows, and understand operational constraints.
• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and propose solutions.
