Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. seeks a Staff Solutions Architect to lead technical strategy on the most complex enterprise opportunities, owning strategic accounts and acting as the senior technical relationship owner. You will drive reference architectures and evaluation methodologies that scale across teams.

You will work with Account Executives, Project Managers, and the Tech Lead to shape Scale's product direction and deliver technically rigorous solutions for Fortune 500-level customers.

Qualifications

• Deep engineering background with enterprise-scale customer-facing work.
• Own technical outcomes on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong systems thinking across cloud, data, and AI/ML architecture.
• Able to define evaluation methods where metrics are unclear.
• Experience advising executives with credibility and impact.
• Mentor technical contributors and raise team standards.
• Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, or consumer verticals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and execution on the largest, most complex deals.
• Own qualification on ambiguous opportunities with significant revenue impact.
• Define evaluation methodologies for use-case classes and datasets.
• Manage long-term executive technical relationships across accounts.
• Lead workshops and executive presentations on strategic opportunities.
• Build reference architectures and reusable solution patterns.
• Influence product roadmap with evidence-backed input.
• Mentor other Solutions Architects and improve team standards.
