Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive technical execution for enterprise deals from discovery through to close and post-sale growth.

You will own enterprise accounts, conduct technical discovery, evaluate feasibility, build prototypes, and be the main technical contact for customer teams. You will lead executive workshops, define evaluation criteria, and contribute to SOWs with architectural insights, risks, dependencies, and assumptions.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with customer-facing solutions architecture experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python or equivalent language.
• Experience managing technical discovery and evaluation for enterprise sales cycles including security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and qualification, evaluating feasibility, data readiness, integration requirements, security/compliance, evaluation readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define performance metrics and evaluation criteria before proposal stage, including baselines, evaluation datasets, and SME access requirements.
• Lead executive technical workshops for target use cases with pre-read materials and live demos to validate architectures.
• Provide technical input for SOW creation, including architectural approach, prototype findings, risks, dependencies and assumptions.
• Maintain long-term technical engagement post-sale and identify expansion opportunities with GTM teams.
• Develop reference architectures, demo environments and evaluation templates for the vertical.
