Hightouch is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer in New York to drive the full technical sales motion from discovery to tailored demonstrations and rigorous validation. You will own relationships with technical champions, co-develop account strategy, and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees to win technical proof points.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
• Ability to lead technical discovery, architectural whiteboarding and solution design.
• Deep familiarity with modern data ecosystems: cloud data warehouses, data modeling, data engineering, integrations, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to deeply understand a customer’s data architecture, marketing workflows, and business objectives; translate into requirements and a solution design.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions across Hightouch offerings.
• Run end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements: scoping, designing, executing, and validating to close complex enterprise deals.
• Build deep technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists as a trusted advisor.
• Navigate complex buying committees, engaging with technical teams, marketing leaders, and C-suite executives.
• Serve as a technical advisor adopting AI workflows, data activation, and agentic products; collaborate with Product and Engineering on GTM strategy.
• Leverage modern AI tooling to improve speed, creativity, and customer impact across the SE workflow.
