Decagon, the leading conversational AI platform, is hiring a Director, Strategic Accounts to drive growth with some of the world’s largest brands. You’ll be product-minded, autonomous, and capable of building your pipeline with CX, product, and operations stakeholders while collaborating with founders and deployment strategists to tailor solutions.

You will develop account plans, forecast revenue, and close strategic logos.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales.
• Proven revenue growth with large, complex accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to speak the language of the C-suite.
• Consultative selling approach focused on value-based solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos for Decagon.
• Develop deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization (CX/Product/Ops).
• Understand the customer's business, challenges, and priorities to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue.
• Develop and execute account plans to close strategic deals.
• Provide feedback to product and leadership to influence the roadmap.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Expect moderate travel.
