Job summary

Juul Labs is seeking an experienced engineer to own AI platforms end-to-end, from code to cost governance. You will administer enterprise tenants, build content, and drive adoption across 250+ users while ensuring security and scalable architecture.

You will work with AWS/GCP, MCP gateways, and modern LLM stacks, writing in Python and TypeScript, and collaborating with executives and finance on governance and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, cloud, or platform engineering.
• Experience administering an enterprise SaaS or AI tenant at scale.
• Working knowledge of commercial and open-weight LLMs, incl. prompts and retrieval.
• Hands-on with MCP, MCP gateways, or LLM gateways.
• AWS and GCP architecture including IAM, networking, secrets management.
• GitHub, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript for integrations and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own platforms end to end used across the company.
• Administer enterprise AI tenants and security settings.
• Build content like skills, prompts, projects, and docs.
• Monitor usage, spend, and cost allocation across platforms.
• Ensure availability, feature rollouts, and issue triage.
• Operate MCP servers and gateways; manage model routing.
• Develop agentic workflows against internal APIs and tools.
• Architect AI workloads on AWS and GCP; manage IAM and secrets.
• Write code in Python/TypeScript; maintain CI/CD pipelines.
