Job summary

JUUL Labs, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead a global software-engineering team and shape product strategy for customer-facing experiences. You will define roadmaps, drive AI-native projects, and align stakeholders on timelines and priorities.

You will conduct market research, leverage data to inform decisions, and oversee performance metrics to ensure success. This role requires strong UX understanding and collaboration with executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience.
Understanding of software development processes.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving using first principles.
Knowledge of UX design principles.
Working knowledge of databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS.
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) for productivity.
Familiarity with Jira or Linear for roadmap tracking.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
