Job summary

Juul Labs seeks an Enterprise Systems Engineer to lead AI-enabled Workday and ERP implementations. You will own end-to-end integration, data pipelines, and AI-augmented workflows across global HCM, ERP, and CRM landscapes.

The role emphasizes building autonomous, resilient integrations, extracting requirements, and delivering scalable solutions with AI tooling across Juul's tech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in Systems Engineering, Integration Development, or ERP/HCM.
• Led at least two enterprise-scale HCM/ERP implementations or migrations.
• Experience applying AI tools to change delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, integration, and operation of Workday and ERP ecosystems.
• Pilot and scale AI use cases across Enterprise Systems.
• Lead AI-augmented Workday/ERP implementations from requirements to post go-live support.
• Develop AI-augmented data pipelines, ETL, and integration scripts.
• Create high-fidelity documentation including ERDs and sequence diagrams.
