Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong Python, AWS, SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with RAG, text-to-SQL and LLM evaluations.
• Proven ability to design and interpret experiments with clear results.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI innovation and rapid experimentation with enterprise AI patterns.
• Design timeboxed pilots with hypotheses, metrics and kill/scale points.
• Evolve retrieval-augmented generation and text-to-SQL patterns.
• Build reference implementations and handoff docs with the Central AI team.
• Develop on AWS with secure, observable architectures and strong engineering practices.
• Communicate results linking technical outcomes to business value.
