Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to accelerate practical AI adoption across Digital Experience Technology and related operations. You will partner with stakeholders across public sites, portals, and vendor management to turn opportunities into production capabilities.

You will lead work from discovery to deployment, measure value, and build reusable patterns while mentoring teams to improve customer experiences and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in software/AI engineering or related technical field.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered apps, agents, copilots, or workflow automation.
• Experience applying generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, and workflow automations.
• Integrate AI services with portals, custom apps, and cloud platforms.
• Lead AI solutions from discovery to production deployment, adoption, and metrics.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs with cross‑functional teams.
• Define reusable patterns for prompt frameworks and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Build secure, observable AI applications using modern software practices.
