Job summary

BOI is seeking an AI Engagement Lead to drive complex enterprise AI initiatives. You will lead cross-functional client engagements, shaping solutions from strategy to adoption, and work closely with senior business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.

You’ll help clients transition from pilots to scalable AI-enabled growth, building workflows, automations, and prototypes that demonstrate real impact in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in consulting or transformation for enterprise clients.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools; built workflows, agents, or prototypes.
• Experience delivering complex AI engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading significant workstreams or delivery for strategy engagements.
• Experience contributing to proposals, scoping, or growing client accounts.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical feasibility.
• Comfort working with senior leaders in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of complex AI engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Structure work, set priorities, and maintain momentum across teams.
• Navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions without direction.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders via workshops and structured analysis.
• Lead product discovery with client teams and end users to define problems and value.
• Shape AI products from concept through prototype, build, deployment and adoption.
• Translate business priorities into AI opportunities worth pursuing.
