Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Agentic AI deployments. You will own execution from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, coordinating cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and partners to deliver on-time, in-scope programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management and enterprise software delivery.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across delivery pods.
• Comfort with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Mentoring junior TPMs and scaling delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for enterprise AI deployments from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for executive sponsors and technical leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery pods and governance across RAID, milestones, risks.
• Ensure alignment of technical dependencies across delivery workstreams.
• Mentor junior TPMs and help scale delivery practices.
