Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex Agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You will lead a pod including TPM, Forward Deployed Engineer, and Agent Architect from scoping through go-live and hypercare.

You will collaborate with sponsors and IT, manage cross-functional teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support, and apply Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies to meet time, budget, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management for SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience delivering CX platform solutions (CCaaS/UCaaS/conversational AI).
• Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with distributed global teams.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality for Agentic AI customer projects.
• Serve as primary delivery contact with sponsors, IT, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Agent Architects across the journey.
• Facilitate sprints, retros, or stage-gate reviews and ensure documentation standards.
• Track KPIs like time to first agent in UAT and milestone on-time delivery.
