Job summary

Parloa in New York is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise Agentic AI deployments, guiding kickoff, design, integration, UAT, go-live and hypercare across cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Architects, Product, Sales, Solution Engineering and partners to drive delivery excellence, governance, risk management, and scalable programs, mentoring junior TPMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of technical program management or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software deployments.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI deployments from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery pods, including engineers, architects, product and sales.
• Maintain governance via RAID logs, milestones, risk and change management; escalate as needed.
• Mentor junior TPMs and drive scalable delivery best practices across the organization.
