Job summary

Parloa is building an enterprise AI platform powering Fortune 2000 companies. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead one of Parloa’s most strategic cross-organizational programs from definition through launch, driving outcomes with quality, reliability and security.

You will own the integrated execution plan, dependencies, launch readiness, and executive communications, coordinating with Engineering, Product, Platform, Security, Legal and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience, or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional programs from definition through launch.
• Experience leading release readiness for production systems.
• Strong track record identifying delivery risk early and designing mitigations.
• Technical depth to discuss architecture and dependencies with senior engineers.
• Experience defining program metrics and using data to guide execution.
• Exceptional written communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead one strategic cross-organizational program with clear business impact.
• Maintain the integrated execution plan with milestones, dependencies, and commitments.
• Manage end-to-end risk and escalate when executive decisions are required.
• Define objective launch criteria across functionality, reliability, security and readiness.
• Lead release readiness with Engineering, Product, Platform, Security, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Document trade-offs and ensure ownership with mitigation plans.
• Provide concise narratives and data-driven recommendations to executives.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics for scope, schedule, quality.
• Build lightweight planning/execution mechanisms across teams.
• Influence decisions without direct authority toward shared outcomes.
