Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex enterprise deployments of its Agentic AI platform. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from scoping to go-live and hypercare, coordinating a pod comprised of a Forward Deployed Engineer and an Agent Architect.

You’ll manage timeline, scope, risk, governance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful transitions to the Agentic OS layer.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in technical project management or delivery management for SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience delivering complex CX/AI solutions (Agentic AI, CCaaS, UCaaS) is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Agentic AI customer projects (scope, schedule, budget, risk).
• Lead the pod (TPM + FDE + AA) as a single accountable unit.
• Facilitate governance meetings, manage scope changes, and track KPIs.
