United States Digital Space LLC seeks an AI Architect to be the senior technical owner for a named portfolio of public sector customers, shaping AI strategy and guiding adoption from discovery to production.

You will own the technical account plan for ChatGPT Enterprise, the company API, Codex, and more, translating mission priorities into a focused use-case portfolio and an adoption roadmap with durable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account leadership.
• Proven track record delivering AI deployment and adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with government agencies, public institutions, or government contractors (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and long-term technical relationship owner for a named portfolio of public sector customers.
• Own the technical account plan, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead discovery with agency leaders and technical teams to identify and prioritize use cases tied to mission outcomes.
