Within helps enterprises turn time-consuming human work into AI-driven tasks. As a Forward Deployed Architect, you will lead agent-building engagements, assess opportunities, and guide customers toward measurable impact, while collaborating with a Customer Success Manager to scale capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing reliable agents and skills, from deterministic workflows to agent loops.
• Proficiency with models, agents, harnesses to improve speed and quality of work.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar business processes and map them to automation opportunities.
• Ability to align business and tech stakeholders and explain technical choices clearly.
• Comfort solving problems in complex customer environments with initiative.
• Understanding shipping constraints in customer environments (security, governance, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer agent-building engagements with objectives and discovery.
• Select and design high-value agents based on captured processes and context.
• Build and test working agents using Within's tools and development environments.
• Guide production deployment, security reviews, evaluations, UAT, and handoffs.
• Define success measures and help customers track ROI and impact.
• Share reusable architectures and lessons to accelerate future engagements.
