Within is hiring a Forward Deployed Architect to transform business objectives with AI agents. You will lead hands-on, customer-facing engagements, design and prototype agents, and guide secure integrations with client teams.

This role blends technical delivery with strategic stakeholder alignment across industries. You will own your first engagement within 30 days and grow a portfolio of five or more engagements, collaborating with Customer Success, engineering, and product teams to ensure

• Must design reliable agents and skills across complex workflows.
• Demonstrate ability to experiment with models and tools to improve output.
• Quickly learn unfamiliar business processes and map to objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer agent-building engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Design high-value agents based on captured processes and context.
• Build and test prototypes using Within's tools; deliver first live agent in ~45 days.
• Guide production, security, and adoption with customer teams.
• Define success measures and track ROI across engagements.
• Share reusable architectures and lessons to accelerate future work.
