Job summary

Orchard Robotics is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own a geographic territory serving major growers and farm-management operations. You will manage the full sales cycle, build value, and close high-stakes contracts while traveling to client sites and industry events.

You will drive pipeline, nurture relationships with growers and executives, and collaborate with teams to deliver revenue and scalable farming tech adoption.

Qualifications

• Prior agriculture or ag-tech sales experience (3–7+ years) and a proven sales track record.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ROI justification.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an enterprise territory, closing high-value deals.
• Generate pipeline through industry relationships and events.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close, including ROI development.
• Build trusted relationships with farm managers, agronomists, and executives.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data; coordinate with deployment and success teams.
• Represent Orchard at industry events and demos, shaping market positioning.
