Job summary

ITA Group Inc. is seeking a senior-level Enterprise Account Executive to hunt new opportunities in the East region and across ITA Group’s Events, Employee Experience, Channel Partner Solutions, and Customer Experience spaces.

You will lead client meetings, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals that meet client goals, driving revenue and long-term impact. Expect a high-energy, client-centric role with uncapped commissions and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a consultative, business development, or sales-related role.
• Proven success in prospecting, researching client organizations, and delivering compelling sales presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with collaboration, empathy, and active listening.
• Customer-centric mindset with prompt problem solving and high service level to stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours to support projects and deadlines.
• Experience in a service-oriented or client-facing industry is preferred.
