Job summary

Workato is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Japan team as we expand in Enterprise markets. You will target top Japanese enterprises, drive new business while nurturing existing relationships, and collaborate with SDR, CSM, partners, and marketing teams to maximize automation value.

You’ll engage C-level executives to propose strategic automation solutions and report to the Sales Manager, Japan.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise software to large organizations.
• Proven track record of generating new business and growing accounts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory plan targeting Enterprise Named customers in Japan.
• Drive new business sales via direct and through channel partners.
• Collaborate with SDR, CSM, partner sales and marketing teams locally.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executives to maximize automation and integration.
• Report to Sales Manager, Japan and own regional pipeline.
