Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Senior Account Manager for Carrot Ads, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise retail partners from onboarding to growth. You will translate partner needs into advertising performance, driving adoption and revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Business Development, Finance, and Ads Quality to ensure seamless execution, provide strategic insights, and advocate for partner success in a flexible, remote-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management or related field, with experience in ad tech, publishers, or retail media.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise solutions in the advertising space, including managing complex partner relationships end-to-end.
• Strong technical acumen — able to understand and explain complex product capabilities to partners who may not be technical.
• Proficient in data analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights and make strategic recommendations from partner KPI data.
• Comfortable navigating billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation workflows in partnership with Finance.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for varied audiences — from technical teams to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise retail partners end-to-end — from onboarding through growth — and drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Onboard new partners with training on campaign tooling, demand sourcing, reporting, and invoicing.
• Build evidence of incremental revenue and provide Product teams with better data through feedback loops.
• Sharpen account management playbooks, improve QBR formats, and track partner KPIs for scaling.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, coordinating Business Development, Finance, and Ads Quality.
