Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Account Executive to scale our business in Japan. You will partner with companies to unlock value with voice AI, build a portfolio of new accounts, and move from first touch to close quickly.

You will own KPI tracking, run high-velocity outbound, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the Growth team. This role offers a remote-first environment, co-working stipends, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong product intuition and curiosity about Voice GenAI.
• High fluency in Japanese and working proficiency in English.
