Seequent in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Management for Civil, Energy & Environment to lead customer-focused account management across strategically managed accounts in the region.

You will translate strategy into annual account plans, coach a team of account managers, drive growth opportunities, and ensure customer success with Seequent's subsurface solutions. Travel is minimal, with occasional conferences and collaboration across geotechnical experts.

Formación

• 10+ years' leadership and sales experience in B2B technology or related field.
• Proven experience developing enterprise relationships with strategic accounts and growing revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer-focused account management across strategically managed regional accounts.
• Develop and own team sales plans, forecasts, and budgets with clear targets.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of account managers.
• Drive joint account planning with Sales, Marketing, Product, and support teams to pursue opportunities.
• Oversee key deals, manage risks, and ensure customer success and retention.
