Zusammenfassung

Electric Power Engineers (EPE) seeks an experienced Account Management leader to own and grow a portfolio of strategic clients. This player‑coaching role combines direct account ownership with team leadership to drive organic growth, cross‑selling, and consistent relationship coverage across the organization.

You will partner with Technical BD Strategists, LOB leaders, and executives to deliver concise performance updates, robust forecasts, and integrated account plans across multiple business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years in account management, business development, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience in electric utility, power, energy, or engineering industries preferred.
• Proven ability to develop account strategies and grow revenue within existing clients.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple LOBs with executives and technical teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Directly manage a portfolio of assigned strategic accounts and lead account planning.
• Develop relationships across executive, management, technical, procurement, and sourcing organizations.
• Maintain qualified pipelines and growth plans for assigned clients.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team.
• Coordinate with LOBs to maintain strategic account plans and growth targets.
• Provide regular account performance summaries to executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain reliable client-level forecasts.
