Job Juncture seeks a Senior Account Executive to lead complex, outcomes-driven sales of sustainable infrastructure solutions. You will target executives, build long-term partnerships, and drive multi-year service contracts with energy-performance emphasis.

The role focuses on building relationships with building owners and government entities, expanding managed accounts, and leveraging EaaS, performance contracting, and design-build approaches to deliver measurable savings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7+ years of enterprise or solution-based sales with C-level exposure.
• Strong business and financial acumen; travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sale of high-value, multi-year solution offerings with guaranteed outcomes.
• Position service agreements and performance contracting as long-term foundations.
• Evaluate design-build and Energy-as-a-Service delivery models.
• Expand wallet share within managed accounts and pursue new logos.
• Engage C-suite executives and economic buyers with value-led pitches.
• Coordinate across engineering, finance, legal, and operations to deliver proposals.
