Sophos is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own a portfolio of large enterprise customers and drive renewals, expansions, and long-term value. You will navigate multi-stakeholder environments and collaborate with Sales Engineering and channel partners to align Sophos solutions with evolving security needs.

In this role, you will develop strategic plans for retention and growth, leveraging strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills to maximize account health and revenue

Qualifications

• Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts and drive renewals and expansions.
• Develop strategic plans to maximize long-term account value and retention.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and align client needs with Sophos solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customer accounts.
• Drive timely contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
• Create and execute strategic account plans focused on retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to support solution positioning and technical validations.
• Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams to support renewals and expansions.
